Information Prior to Final Registrations, Evaluations and Team Draft:
· Each person that registers will get two separate e-mails. One e-mail will be that you successfully registered and the 2nd e-mail will be payment was received
· We will not know whether or not there will be a girls only league until we get all the registrations in and see how many kids want to be in the league
· We will not know what grades are playing within the same division until we see how many kids in each grade register
· It is important that each child comes to evaluations
Information After Team Draft and Prior to First Game:
· Additional registrations will only be done at this point to balance out the teams.
· If you are unable to practice on the night of your team, please seek your coach to work with your league coordinator for your child’s age group to get you placed on another team
Information During Season:
· Light Jerseys are for the visiting team
· Activities start at the time you are told to be there. Please be there in plenty of time or your child might miss the introductions, tunnel, smoke machines, etc.
· Expect each session will take 90 minutes
· Each child must wear a mouth piece. Consider having a spare
Information Involving Awards Night:
· The evening is the highlight of the season, please do not miss it
· The event involves approximately 1500 people, please anticipate traffic, parking, etc. and get there with time to spare.
· We want to start on time, because we have kindergarteners and we want to get them home in plenty of time to get a good night’s sleep.
